The Green Hummingbird Movement is a registered environmental conservation organization that was established in 2020. The purpose of this movement is to engage in various activities that contribute to the conservation of environment and the climate change at large.
The name of the of movement ‘The Green Hummingbird’ has largely been borrowed from the story by the late Wangari Maathai.
